As it’s a rather pricey oil, I only reserve it for sporadic use after bathing/ showering, to ensure I enjoy its benefits for a longer period of time. In terms of texture, it’s an extremely light and well absorbent oil – as long as you follow the basic principles of applying oils on damp, rather than dry skin. It contains rosehip oil which contributes to its orangey colour which can stain your clothing so I never use it in the morning, only in the evening before going to bed. When applied to the body though, the effect the oils have on my skin is really amazing. It makes it instantly velvety soft and I find this feeling lasts well into the morning.
This face mask is worth the money. You can see the difference with just one use. The skin really radiates! The smell is addictive and overall it improves the skin leaving nicely but not overly moisturised.
Ordered this a while ago, I was quite looking forward to try it, as I have read that it is suitable to all skin tones. The smell is amazing, however, this is only suitable for deep dark skin tones. I have light to medium skin tone and I must say that I have tried everything I could to figure out how to apply this, but it just does not work at all. It paints my skin brick red, literally, no matter how long and how thoroughly I was shaking it, it does not give a subtle glow, it simply paints my skin red. This was unfortunately an expensive mistake, which I am very disappointed about. Do yourself a favour and only buy this if your skin tone is dark enough so the red colour does not show up on it.
