This gentle yet effective alcohol-free toner contains soothing and clarifying ingredients to cool flushed skin, remove grease and grime, and enhance complexion. Calming yet uplifting Palmarosa and Clary Sage are traditionally used to help regulate sebum production and for their aromatherapy value, leaving skin balanced, fortified and hydrated. This bottle is made from 50% post consumer recycled plastic.

How to use UrbanVeda Soothing Hydrating Toner 150ml

After cleansing, apply toner to cotton pad and then to face and neck, using gentle sweeping movements. Allow a minute for botanicals to absorb into the skin, before moisturising. Repeat cleansing process twice daily.

5 Refreshing and hydrating

I am quite new to this brand but I must say I really love it! This toner is refreshing, hydrating and leaves skin feeling soft & clean. The scent needs a little getting used to but it is quite uplifting.
