Reviews for The Earth Works Cosmetics Grapefruit Exfoliator 45g

Average rating: based on 1 customer review

1 very scratchy

There is no way this is based on corn starch (which is a very very fine powder) as stated. It looks and feels like a fine cornmeal. And cornmeal, even a finely texture one, is way too scratchy and aggressive for a scrub. Especially if it is mixed with a very thick balm which does not glide easily on the skin. I don't have sensitive skin and it felt like sandpaper. Unusable for me. The idea is good, but the realization is bad, in a waxy balm it would work something with a texture like chickpea or rice flour, nothing scratchier then that.
