Reviews for Inika Loose Mineral Blush
Was recommended as a vegan Nars Orgasm dupe, and l have to say I love it more!! so glad I was told this is a dupe, would have never picked it up othervise, pics don't do it any justice!! needs swatches pics to show it properly and it would fly off the shelves, l guarantee you! love the clean ingredients, love the color and I think I am purchase it for life, it's a must have for me!
I own both of these. Going onto the colours first, Blooming Nude is just that; a mid-natural nude with just a hint of bloom to it. Peachy Keen is a light and bright peachy colour. Blooming Nude looks like a simple wash of matt colour, whereas Peachy Keen has just that hint of shimmer to it, without being overwhelming, that makes you look lit from within.
Mineral blushers are great because they are so blendable. If you over-apply, use a clean blusher brush to blend off some excess, blending up at the sides if you have gone too low with your application, and down at the sides if you have gone too high with your application.
Blooming Nude would suit most skintypes and skintones. It all depends where you apply it and how much you apply. Start sparingly as you can always add more but it's harder to take away (and it takes longer too!). You could if you wanted use this as an eyeshadow, or mix a little with lipbalm and use on the lips. Mineral make-up is great for that. You can of course do the same with Peachy Keen if you wish.
Peachy Keen looks very bright in its container but don't be fooled; with the correct application it can be very subtle and give you a lovely healthy look which everyone will love. Again, same application technique; start with a little and add until you have your desired look. Using a good quality brush is essential so choose wisely. Soft bristles will blend effortlessly without moving the colour round further than you want it to go (as harsh bristles tend to do, holding onto the colour until you really push down, and then depositing too much on the skin!). Peachy Keen is health in a tub. It's the walks you never take, the early nights you miss out on, the antidote to your hangover and the ultimate 'fool you' to that guy who ended your relationship.
Girls, you rock! Choose one or choose both - just look GORGEOUS! Watch out world - the Inika Babes are coming!!
