I’m a light sleeper and often find it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I tend to wake up easily and frequently which means I don’t enter the deeper levels of sleep.
I know all too well that not getting enough sleep is bad for your health so I was really keen to try this out.
To use: as your final liquid intake of the day mix 3 -4 drops with a small glass of water, or alternatively place 4 drops under the tongue.
The first night I tried it out I didn’t know what to expect – but before I knew it I was out like a light. I mixed 4 drops with a small amount of water. It is alcohol-free which is great and has a slightly sweet taste.
I actually now prefer placing it directly under my tongue as it absorbs quicker and helps me drift off naturally. The quality of my sleep has without doubt improved. I’m now able to fall asleep quickly, stay asleep and better yet enter the deeper levels of sleep.
It’s great to experience a blissful night’s sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and revitalised the next morning. Definitely going to be a staple for me.
