Reviews for herbfarmacy Refining Cleanser 100ml
Easy to clean, not too dry.
It's very gentle, it doesn't strip the skin but you can feel that it cleanses well, you get that clean feeling but without any dryness on skin (hope that makes sense). Also, it lasts ages, you don't need much for one cleanse. I use it as more or less all my face cleaning products, I massage snall amount on dry skin then remove it with a warm wet cloth. I don't use it for removing make up but I have a feeling it would work good as a make up remover too.
First of all, this is not a mousse! I would describe it more as a whipped cream, it has a lovely texture! The cleanser actually feels really moisturising on the skin, and it gives a really good clean without leaving the skin feeling tight. It also has a really pleasant smell.
This is a great cleanser and I have used it for over a year. It removes all the makeup without drying my skin, and it is mild enough to use in the morning. It removes eye makeup. I haven´t tried on waterproof makeup though. The name mousse is misleading, this i more a cream makeup. I have very dry and sensitive skin.
I hadn't tried a mousse cleanser before and when the pot arrived, I did wonder how long it would last however, a little goes a long way! It leaves your skin feeling clean and also very smooth. I have mildly sensitive skin but if you wash this off, there is no tightness or 'stripped' feeling. Definitely something that I would buy again.
This is one of the best facial cleansers I have come across to date. It leaves the skin smooth, soft and relaxed (many cleansers have a tendency to tighten the skin). It does not irritate my skin as I've found with so many other cleansers (even the natural ones), and leaves the skin balanced (not dry, but not greasy either). I'd highly recommend this cleanser for all skin types including sensitive and would say it encourages a softer skin texture (no doubt due to ingredients such as the Marshmallow). It really is a pleasure to use and rinses off easily.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this cleanser but I'm delighted I gave it a try. It easily cleaned my mineral makeup from my face with little effort. More importantly, it left my skin feeling SO smooth and comfortable. I have sensitive and easily aggravated skin and most cleansers (even water) leave my skin feeling tight and dry. Not this one. I didn't even need a moisturiser afterwards!
