How to use Emani Brow Creme Pomade Medium/Brown 3gTo make it easier for you to apply this product is to get your eyebrows professionally waxed or threaded. You will still need to fill them in, but a brow expert will be able to know which shape best suits your face. Once you have your shape you can maintain them at home by plucking and trimming between appointments. Start with clean dry brows, place a brush along the side of your nose to find where your brows should ideally start and angle a brush from the outside of your nose to the outer corner of your eye to find where your brows should ideally end. The end of the brow’s point should be at a 45-degree angle from the outside end of the eye. Brush brows up with a Spooley brush. This helps you “to see the shape you like and to see where they are uneven.” These pomades are best applied with an angled brow brush with short, stiff bristles. You can easily outline and fill a perfect eyebrow. Use the brush to outline your brow shape. Then go in and lightly fill in individual spots. After applying the desired amount of colour, be sure to blend with a clean spooley brush. Never apply the pomade by directly putting your brush into the pot and applying the product on your brows. To ensure you have the perfect amount needed for an application, dip your brush into the pot and swipe it across the inside of the cap or on the back of your hand —this will allow you to remove excess product, or collect more as needed. Using short dash-like strokes to mimic your natural hairs, softly fill in any sparse areas with an angled brush. Choose the colour that best matches your brows and fill in really lightly so it’s barely there. To set the look and hold the hairs in place, brush through brows again with a Spooley to blend out the colour and soften any harsh lines. Dip a bigger brush in a powder and trace around the perimeter of the brows. This makes the edges look sharp and clean. You can use a concealer around your creation to recreate a clean edge.

Reviews for Emani Brow Creme Pomade Medium/Brown 3g
Being rather lacking in the eyebrow department, I have always been on the hunt for good products to help me out. Crayon style and brush wands (like mascara) didn't work for me. For years I've been using pencils but found it hard to find a smooth texture, also the constant sharpening and occasional accidental scratching of my skin was a drawback. This stuff, with a good brow brush, is what I've been searching for. The packaging is beautiful with a sturdy plastic lid and glass container. The colour isn't too warm (orangey) or too cool (grey). I enjoy that it's smooth to apply and work with, but also doesn't budge during the day. To make it more durable I sometimes add brown eyeshadow powder to 'set' it, however this isn't necessary. It's small enough to travel with, although sometime I still bring my Borlind pencil.
Overall I'm glad I took a chance and tried out this product. I recommend it people who need to draw on their eyebrows and people who just need to fill them in a little.
