Remove from the jar with a teaspoon or spatula and mix with a little warm water between your hands. spread the scrub, over the feet (one at a time), rubbing vigorously. When you are ready to remove the scrub, add a little more water and continue working over the feet until all the granules have dissolved. Rinse away with clean water.
