Full Time Customer Service Advisor

We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join the team in Middlewich, Cheshire. Candidates must be organised, enthusiastic, friendly with great verbal and written communication skills and a passion for natural and organic beauty products!

The role will involve a number of different duties and will include:

Handling, resolving and responding to customers email queries and queries across all our social media platforms.

Answering the telephone, taking telephone orders and handling order queries.

Essential requirements:

1. Excellent computer skills (Word & Excel)

2. Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure and on several projects at the same time.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels

4. An interest in natural and organic beauty products!
