Natural Deodorants Tried & Tested: Weleda Citrus Deodorant The Claim: Made from essential oils that kill off BO-causing bacteria. Verdict: The smell was a bit sickly at first, but soon settled down to a lovely limey fragrance. It didn't leave those annoying white marks like normal deodorant. After a few hours' shopping I wasn't sweaty at all. I'd definitely use it again. Now! Rating * * * * * (5 stars) - this was the best in the trial of 6 different deodorants. Now!

A pump action spray made with refreshing, tangy essential oils of lemon and sweet orange. Counteracts unpleasant body odours without inhibiting the important functions of the skin. Free from aluminium salts.

Weleda deodorants are simple yet thoroughly effective formulations with odour eating essential oils incorporated into a cooling base. Suitable for vegans.

To use
Apply after showering or bathing as often as necessary. For most people one application is sufficient.

The best deodorant I have ever used. Smells lovely without being too overpowering and kept me fresh all day. The only downside was it stung slightly after shaving..but I do have sensitive skin. Will def buy again.

This is by far the best deodorant I've used, natural or not. A couple of sprays in the morning and I'm set for the day. I keep a travel size in my bag "just in case" but I don't think I've ever actually needed to use it! I love the fresh, zesty smell and it dries really quickly without leaving any marks or stinging. The only downsides are that the travel size comes in a glass bottle (but it's easy to decant into something more practical) and the deordorant lasts so long that I'm going to have to wait a long time before I can try the other scent!
