Recommended for cleansing & detoxification to relieve acne, eczema and psoriasis

This classic herbal combination detoxifies and cleanses the blood and stimulates liver function making it a perfect tonic for conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne.

Use as part of an overall cleansing programme. It is recommended to start such a programme with a bowel cleanse (see Viridian's Complete Fibre Complex) and then progress to dandelion and burdock capsules once bowel movements are regular.

For maximum benefit, ensure you also drink plenty of fluids and eat lots of fresh fruit and veg. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, processed foods. Some people also benefit from avoiding wheat and dairy during a detoxifying cleanse.

Also helps to regulate blood sugar, improves digestion, can help weight loss during dieting and helpful for rheumatism.
