Pukka Fibre Plus Powder is a powerful blend of soluble and insoluble fibre including organic Psyllium Husk, Linseed and Aloe Vera Juice.

Pukka Fibre Plus Powder helps to support and maintain a healthy and regular digestive system. It contains natural sources of soluble and insoluble fibre including Psyllium Husk, Linseed and Aloe Vera

Each daily serving of Pukka Fibre Plus Powder gives you: 12% soluble fibre and 63% insoluble fibre with 10% prebiotic oligosaccharides

Directions: Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (5.5g) of Pukka Fibre Plus Powder with at least 250ml water, stir well and drink it straight away. Take in the morning or evening before food.

Precautions: People with allergies should use caution when taking Psyllium, as it may cause allergic reactions in people who are prone to Psyllium allergy. Ensure that you remain properly hydrated whilst using this product (adults should consume approximately 1.5 litres of water per day

Ingredients: Psyllium Husk (Plantago ovata), Golden Linseed (Linum usitatissimum), Blue Weber Agave Inulin (Agave americana), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum cassia), Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus fulva), Cocoa Bean (Theobroma cacao), Aloe Vera Juice 200:1* (Aloe barbadensis). *Ratio = concentration of fresh juice dried to powder. Free from dairy, wheat, gluten, added sugar and soya.
