I tried this on my son's cradle cap, and it immediatly ammeliorated it, and it's still getting better. The cradle cap is not coming back as long as I put it on, and after a while it doesn't seem to be necessary on certain patches so far to keep reapplying it. I tried on a rash in his eyebrows, and it worked for that to. The texture is nice and smooth, so it's easy to apply, and it really moisturizes the skin. The smell isn't the best, but it isn't the worst either, it kind of smells like castor oil, but that's besides the point with such good results. I'm excited to see what other uses I can find for it.

I used it as lip balm. It's got a weird oil smell, very emollient, does the job but can't say I enjoy the product. Maybe I will save it for my baby's bottom.

This has been brilliant for nappy rash, dry skin etc - really clears it up....great for grownups too! Having read the other reviews I'm trying it on my daughter's cradle cap tomorrow!

My 6 month son has eczema and bad cradle cap. I have been using olive oil for 4 months and trying to brush out the next day, but only the odd bit came away. I tried Baby Balm and after a couple of hrs the cradle cap softened and i was able to scrape away gently with my nail. A couple of days on and i'm still applying balm at night and so far cradle cap has stayed away. Impressed so far!

This was purchased for my 9 yr old daughter who has below shoulder length hair and she suffered from cradle cap quite badly (yes even at 9!)we have tried the nasty smelling tar shampoos from the doctor, all the cradle cap shampoos you can buy from the shops and none of them worked - if anything some of them made her quite head sore :o( So when I read the online description and read what it could do... I thought "why not? we've tried everything else!" THIS IS INCREDIBLE! It felt quite greasy as I applied it to her dry scalp then honestly, before my eyes some of the patches of skin were dissolved straight away, other bigger patches were loosened so I could brush them out and I expected that when I washed her hair it would still be greasy after but it wasnt!! Her scalp was 80% clear and after another application a week later 95%! My daughter is happier because she doesnt have to use "stinky shampoos" and she doesnt get it flaking in her hair! Affordable and it works!!!!
