After trying another branded sleep balm that didnt work and smelt VERY strong, I was dubious about this but thought I would give it a go. Myself and my 9yr old daughter both use it and it helped to relax us, I fell asleep alot quicker than usual and the smell is natural yet very subtle!! TRY IT!!!

The minute I rub this into my temples the stresses and strains of the day dissapear. I smells delicious, and clears the mind. I got my boyfriend to use it as he's had problems getting to sleep and staying asleep, since he's started using it he's relaxing quicker and sleeping through the night nearly all the time. Brilliant stuff!
