The alpine plant Arnica is an important ingredient when dealing with aches and pains. Arnica can be applied externally or taken internally as a homeopathic remedy to assist with bruises, sprains, muscular aches and joint pains. Weleda's organic Arnica is grown to strict biodynamic standards to ensure purity and quality.

Montana is a small herbaceous perennial indigenous to Central Europe. In folklore shepherds reported that sheep and goats living in the mountains, when injured in falls from the mountainside, would eat Arnica. Even in cases of severe injury animals would soon be back on their feet fully recovered. The shepherds themselves also tried the plant and found that when injured in falls the plant helped a speedy recovery.

To use Dilute 10ml (1 dessertspoonful) to 250ml (half a pint) of water and bathe the affected part or apply as a compress. Repeat as necessary once or twice a day. 20ml (1 tablespoon) in a warm bath will help relieve aching muscles after exercising. SHAKE THE BOTTLE
