Pukka Natural Vitamin C Capsules contain Natural Vitamin C with bioflavonoids, made from a powerful blend of organic fruit extracts, including Acerola, Lemon and Rosehips.

The Vitamin C content in the Capsules helps to support the immune system. Pukka Vitamin C is 100% naturally-derived from a blend of organic fruits. Unlike many Vitamin C products Pukka do not use any synthetic ingredients in our Vitamin C.

Each serving of Pukka Natural VitaminC Capsules gives you: 433% RDA Vitamin C and a good range of co-factor bioflavonoids and anthocyanins. ORAC M TE = 554 per serving. ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity) is the antioxidant capacity. We need about 3000 M TE per day which is approximately the amount that you will get in five decent sized servings of fruit and vegetables.

Directions: Take 2 capsules 2 or 3 times a day
