A sebum-regulating floral water that is ideal for combination skin and skin with a tendency to be oily. Purifying, and restoring balance, this alcohol free toner comprising floral witch hazel water, refines the surface of the skin. Contains oxygenating, toning, healing and revitalizing properties.

To use soak cotton ball and gently stroke over skin

This toner smells nothing like witch hazel or spearmint. It smells like the 2 combined which is not great tbh. However, on the skin it is cool and refreshing. It leaves the skin soft and not dry at all. Your skin will love this concoction. -1 rate for smell.
