I also have quite sensitive skin and often get red patches in corners of my mouth. This cream has been lovely, a fantastic moisturiser throughtout the winter. Have used it morning and night - absolutely love it. My skin has not flared up at all whilst using this.

Every time I use this my face goes bright red and stings, so I've had to give it to my boyfriend who uses it and says its fine.
