A few tips for this lovely kit:

Quince Body Moisturiser can be very helpful in relieving eczema on the body becuase it is non-greasy and intensively moisturising.
Rose Body Moisturiser is especially effective on dry, very sensitive skin and mature skin.
Add a few drops of Lemon Bath to the water in the basin for washing your face - this is very therapeutic. If you have no time for a bath, then lots of warm Lemon Bath compresses while washing your face has a very stimulating effect.
If you have cellulite, add a few drops of Lemon Bath to a warm flannel and massage the area vigorously.
Dr Hauschka have found that the Hand Cream can help to relieve the pain and discomfort of eczema on the hands.
