A spotty and blemished forehead is often a sign of constipation, congestion and a sluggish circulation.

- follow an organic skincare routine suitable for acne prone skin

- drink plenty of water & eat whole foods including lots of fruit and veg which provide natural fibre. Avoid foods that may cause constipation - I find avoiding wheat makes a big difference and try to eat it only a couple of times a week.

- take a supplement such as Viridian's Complete Fibre Complex which includes psyllium husks and linseeds to provide essential fibre, pectins to encourage bowel movements and oligofructosaccardies to encourage good bacteria in the gut. Take with plenty of water.

- use a dry skin brush, take regular sea salt baths and practice turning the shower hot then cold then hot again for a few minutes each morning. This all helps the lymphatic system and circulation as does regular exercise; trampolining is particularly good.

- it may take a few months to notice the difference but once your system becomes less congested and your bowel movements are more regular your skin should clear up beautifully
