- Raw materials obtained from plants, for example, plant waxes, plant resins, oils and butters
- Natural vitamins, moisturisers and other active ingredients
- Aromas created from essential oils
- Inorganic pigments, which can be found in nature, or organic pigments that are obtained form fruits, vegetables or plants
- Preservatives, which can be found in nature
- Other pure and natural ingredients
madara DO NOT use:
- Petroleum products (e.g., mineral oil, petrolatum)
- Parabens, phenoxyethanol and other synthetic preservatives which can have negative effect on human health
- Silicones (dimethicone, cyclomethicone), which create a pleasant velvety feel on the skin but may contain cancerogenous substances
- Glycols (Propylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol, etc.) which are often used as humectants (moisture attractors), but are considered as toxic and mutagenic
- Polyethylene glycol (PEG), polypropylene glycol (PPG) compounds that are considered as toxic
- Genetically modified ingredients
- Animal by-products, which are linked with animal’s death
- Synthetic fragrances
- Other possibly harmful ingredients
