Dehydrated Skin

Skin needs a combination of oil and water to keep it soft and smooth. If your skin feels dry even if you are using an oil rich moisturiser or it is prone to oiliness then chances are your prune like complexion is due to a lack of water in your skin.

 

- use a moisturiser designed to add moisture to the skin such as Weleda's Iris Moisture Cream or products that contain natural hyaluronic acid, a nutrient that attracts water to the skin, such as Lavere's Hydro Sensation Cream or Lifting Serum.

- drink plenty of water and herbal teas

- spritz skin throughout the day with an organic hydrosol or toner
