I, Klara Ahlers, am deeply involved in the origins of LAVERE. For many years, I have lived and worked enthusiastically with natural cosmetics. I started in 1988 with the opening of one of the first specialist shops for natural cosmetics in Germany. In 1990 I joined lavera as a marketing consultant. Today I'm working in the Management team together with Thomas Haase, the founder of the company. Natural cosmetics are a part of my feeling of well being which results in true joie de vivre and a high quality of life. Apart from this important area of life: a healthy diet, activities in nature, family and friends play leading roles in my life. In my early experiences customers were looking for transparency of ingredients and natural care products to keep their skin healthy. Combined with ecological packaging these needs had high priority. These requests have been fulfilled not only by being certified according to genuine controlled natural cosmetics (BDIH) in 2001. The demands of our customers in view of natural cosmetics developed further. Today, the aware women over the age of 30 expects controlled natural cosmetics and visible effects. For granting this wish for 100 % natural effectiveness the brand LAVERE arose. Two years ago, my personal wish was to further improve natural effectiveness, so I approached the lavera development team. I want a product with 100 % natural ingredients plus scientific provable anti-ageing-effects. Based on the lavera experiences, developed further with the newest scientific anti ageing knowledge, the first product arose: LAVERE Hydro-Sensation. Personally I'm enthusiastic about the effectiveness, the freshness and the lightness of all LAVERE organic skincare products.
